Tali has been involved for some years in the voluntary social services sector working with staff and volunteers to develop better practices, to meet national standards and provide client-focused care.  She recognises that when people develop their communication skills, they are able to interact more positively with others and create better relationships.  Her interests are in working with individuals and groups, at all levels and roles and responsibilities, to enhance their effectiveness and to enable them to develop more of their potential.

She believes that learning can be fun, and is herself learning more about using creativity, music and games when working with people.
