Gill Ornstein is an independent consultant specialising in communication skills training in both the commercial and voluntary sectors.

Joining the Samaritans over ten years ago was a turning point in her career. There she mastered her listening skills and realised their value as the basis of all communication. The natural progression was to public speaking and then a realisation that these very skills could themselves be used to teach others. Gill’s expertise is in bringing out and developing a person’s individual potential in training programmes that are flexible, appropriate and fun.
