Fiona Edwards-Stuart

Fiona Edwards-Stuart is an adviser on organisational effectiveness. She likes developing organisational structures that enable growth and enhance flexibility. She can identify objectives, problems and solutions and negotiate consensus. Her initial interest focussed on small businesses and specialist partnerships; more recently she has concentrated on adapting the voluntary sector to changing circumstances. This has included advice on governance, the recruitment to key senior positions, management and strategic reviews and the evaluation of major funding projects. But she has always dovetailed her working life with voluntary and community activity. She is fascinated by what makes people tick and encourages them to get to where they want to go. Both people and work come in all shapes and sizes and she loves the variety.
