Di Beacom has a total of eighteen years experience in training and development, in both the private and public sectors.  She worked for five years in publishing and then moved into the NHS, working with staff for a service for learning disabilities.  More recently has been involved in mental health.

She is now self employed and has a portfolio of interests including outplacement, staff satisfaction surveys and freelance training.  Her greatest love is delivering training in all aspects of communication and interpersonal skills and enabling people to develop self-confidence.
